If you’re looking for an appetizer that’s guaranteed to spark conversation, this Sweet and Spicy Cranberry Salsa Bruschetta is it! This easy appetizer transforms toasted baguette slices into elegant, flavor-packed bites layered with sharp white cheddar cheese and topped with Sterling Farms’ Peppered Cranberry Salsa. The combination of sweet cranberries, cracked black pepper, and a hint of spice creates an irresistible balance of flavors that makes every bite memorable.
I’m excited to partner with Sterling Farms to showcase one of my favorite pantry products: Peppered Cranberry Salsa. While Sterling Farms is best known for its premium Texas-raised meat boxes, their pantry collection is filled with unique, high-quality products that make entertaining effortless. This salsa is one of those hidden gems that deserves a permanent spot in your pantry. Its sweet, savory, and peppery flavor pairs beautifully with cheese and crackers, but it’s equally delicious spooned over grilled chicken, burgers, tacos, charcuterie boards, or even cream cheese for a quick party dip.
To make these bruschetta even more irresistible, I finish each one with a drizzle of hot honey and a fresh blackberry. The honey adds a touch of sweet heat that complements the salsa beautifully, while the blackberry provides a fresh burst of flavor and an elegant presentation. The result is an appetizer that’s as stunning on the serving platter as it is delicious to eat.
Whether you’re hosting a holiday gathering, wine night, backyard party, or game day celebration, these Sweet and Spicy Cranberry Salsa Bruschetta are guaranteed to disappear fast. They’re simple to assemble, full of bold flavor, and proof that a few quality ingredients, like Sterling Farms’ Peppered Cranberry Salsa, can turn an ordinary appetizer into something truly unforgettable.
Ingredients
1 fresh baguette, cut into slices
1 fresh garlic clove, cut in half
1 container Whipped Feta Cheese (I used Trader Joe’s brand)
1 jar Peppered Cranberry Salsa
Cranberry Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (I used Aldi brand), crumble
1 6 oz. container of fresh blackberries
Hot honey, for garnish
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the baguette slices on a large baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Add 1-minute increments of time if you prefer extra toasting.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool until the baguette slices are easy to handle. Rub half of the whole garlic clove over the surface of each baguette slice.

Spread some whipped feta cheese on each baguette.

Spoon the Peppered Cranberry Salsa over the feta cheese.

Sprinkle some crumbled sharp white cranberry cheddar cheese over the salsa.

Perch a fresh blackberry on top of each bruschetta.

You can keep the bruschetta on the baking sheet as you drizzle the hot honey over the appetizer, or you can place the bruschetta on a platter for serving and then drizzle with the hot honey before serving.
