Sunday – Crockpot Italian Chicken, Roasted Green Beans, Steamed Yellow Squash

Breakfast – Smoked Sausage and Eggs, Catalina Crunch Low Carb Cereal

Lunches – Pesto Mini Pizza, Hot Chicken Sandwiches (from the freezer), Bagels with Cream Cheese (using Zero Carb Brand Bagels)
