Tuesday Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry over cauliflower rice

Wednesday – Joe’s Instant Pot Roast, Salad, Keto garlic toast, Green beans with mushrooms

Thursday – Went out to eat

Friday – Jamaican Salmon, Squash, Salad

Saturday – Leftovers

Sunday – Dinner at a friend’s house

Breakfast – Smoked sausage and eggs, Keto granola and yogurt, Toast with stuff on top

Lunch Golden butternut squash soup, Salad, Ham sandwiches. Leftovers

Snacks – Seasoned Mixed Nuts, Smokin ‘Chipotle Dip and Hilo Chips, popcorn (as a treat on our Sunday cheat day)
