When fried pickles are on a restaurant menu, I almost always order them! Although, you don’t have to wait for your next restaurant visit when a craving hits. These Keto Fried Pickles are easy to make at home and make a delicious appetizer or snack.
I like serving them with a creamy ranch dip or marinara sauce for dipping. For this recipe, I use Dave’s Spicy Pickles because they have a slightly sweet flavor with just the right amount of spice. Furthermore, to keep these fried pickles low-carb, I coat them in Carbquik baking mix and deep-fry them for a crispy coating. The result is a deliciously crispy coating that is hard to resist.

Drain the pickles and pat them dry. Dust the pickles in the Carbquick mixture, then the egg mixture, then back into the Carbquick mixture.

Gently drop the pickles in the hot oil until just turning golden. Using a slotted spoon, remove the pickles from the oil and transfer to a baking sheet lined with paper towels to drain. Repeat this process until all the pickles are fried.
