Saturday – IT’S CHEAT DAY!! Chicken Fried Steak and French Fries
Sunday – Stuffed Flounder, Roasted Cauliflower with Olives, Green Salad
Breakfast – Smoothies, Bacon and Egg Sandwiches, Real Buttermilk Pancakes on Cheat Day
Lunches – Leftovers, Cream of Vegetable Soup, eating lunch at our new favorite seafood restaurant for cheat day
Snacks – Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers, homemade Margaritas, Keto Mini Cheesecakes
Meal Prepping
Once again, I gather the recipes I will use this week in order to start the prepping process. The second step is gathering all my frozen items from the freezer that I will need to thaw.
Thawing
For this week, i needed to thaw the following meats:
Salmon – Salmon with olive salsa (my recipe calls for red snapper, but I am using salmon)
Sirloin steak – Beef with Broccoli
Brisket – Barbecued Brisket
Shredded chicken – Hot chicken salad
Chicken fried Steak freezer meal
Flounder – Stuffed flounder
Shrimp – Stuffed flounder
Bacon – Bacon and Egg Sandwiches
