10 More Favorite Keto Products Part III

5/5 - (1 vote)

Having lived a Keto lifestyle for a while now, I’ve come to use quite a few Keto and low-carb products over and over again. I have so many that I felt I needed to break up my original post into several parts. See Part I and Part II of this series to read along with this post for more delicious Keto products. Below are some of my favorites for Part III in the series.

Kirkland’s Almond Flour

Costco has the best price on Almond Flour. It is not finely ground as much as I would like, but it is the best price compared to others.

Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers

If I can’t have the InnoFoods Keto Crackers, these almond crackers are the next best thing. You can get a big box at Costco or a smaller box at Sprouts and other grocery stores. The Costco version is a better value. Now, these are not completely Keto because they contain some non-Keto-friendly flour, but they are pretty dang close. they have a really good flavor to use for dip, but they are smaller-sized, so they do not work well for charcuterie meats or cheeses.

Individual Cake/Brownie/Cookie/Muffin Microwavable Mixes

Duncan Hines, Birch Benders, Blue Diamond and King Arthur Flour all make individual portions of Keto cakes, brownies, cookies and muffins that are microwavable. This is a fabulous idea for a single-serving snack. They taste great, too. Most grocery stores carry all or some of these products nowadays. Sometimes Kroger will clear them out for .99 cents up to $1.25; otherwise,, they cost around $3.99. At that price, you could almost buy a whole box of Keto cake mix. Almost.

Simply Delish Keto Pudding Mixes

I was so excited to see these Keto Instant Pudding Mixes at Sprouts! This opens a whole new dessert world for me. The pudding comes in chocolate and vanilla flavors. I don’t think they are sweet enough, so I always add a little Stevia or monk fruit powdered sweetener to the mix.

Aldi Hamburger Buns

Aldi makes some decent Keto-friendly products; their Keto breads are quite good. They make hamburger buns that are very reasonably priced at $3.99 a bag, but the drawback is that they consider these hamburger buns as a seasonal item, so you may not see these in your Aldi store until the summer. I have seen them in the stores only occasionally beyond summer, so if you see them, grab a few packs to store in the freezer.

Sola Loaf Bread

My husband prefers this bread over the Aldi Keto bread. The Aldi Keto bread is very good, and it is reasonably priced, but I think the Sola loaf bread has a better texture. Costco sells this bread in a 2-pack, at a reasonable price

Sola Hot Dog Buns

Sometimes Costco carries the Sola hot dog buns but sometimes they do not. Costco sells them as a two-pack of 4 hot dog buns. I can find these at another grocery store, but Costco is a better value. I like these hot dog buns because they hold together well. If I cannot find the Sola hot dog buns, I will revert to the Orowheat Keto hot dog buns. These are sold in an 8-pack and have a really good taste and texture, but they fall apart.

Aldi Spicy Pork Rinds

I am not a fan of pork rinds, but my son is. He says these are the best tasting by far o I will take his word on this. These pork rinds come in a large size bag, making it a better value than the more popular brand, 505.

Dreamfield Pasta

I have had other low-carb pasta that has lower net carbs, but I always seem to come back to the Dreamfield Pasta. Mostly, I have good success finding the penne rigate, spaghetti and angel hair types at most grocery stores. I have more difficulty finding elbow macaroni, linguine and lasagna noodles.

Mr. Tortilla

These tortillas are mail order only. The tortillas are on the small side, but they hold together well, which is a big difference from other low-carb or Keto tortillas. Because it is a mail order, you have to buy a box of them, but you can freeze these and thaw them when needed. Mr. Tortilla has a line of Keto-friendly products, all of which I have not tried yet. I have tried the Keto tortilla chips and they are quite good. I like them for taco soup or salad or snacking. Delicious!
