This was kind of an ordinary week. Nothing special going on to derail me from my meal plan and preps for the week. Business as usual is sometimes a good thing!

Friday – French Onion Chicken, Portabello Mushroom Towers, Salad

Saturday – Joe’s Meatballs over Spaghetti Squash, Salad

Sunday – Crispy Chinese Fish with Vegetables, Asparagus, Salad

Breakfast – Breakfast Sandwiches, Waffles with Blueberry Compote

Lunch – Leftovers, Sandwiches, Salad

Snack – Keto Peanut Butter Brownie Bars, Keto Italian Stuffed Artichokes with Lemon Garlic Sauce
