Monday – Chicken and Potato Soup and Taco Soup

Tuesday – Keto Bangers and Mash, Old Time Cabbage, Salad

Wednesday – Tuscan Pappardelle pasta with Tomato Basic Cream Sauce, Italian Salad, Roasted Broccoli

Thursday – Beef Enchiladas, Mexican Fiesta Salad, Refried Beans and Uncle Ben’s Spanish Ready Rice

Friday – Picked up something at a restaurant

Saturday – Beef with Snow Pea Stir Fry and Rice

Sunday – Keto Chicken Strips, Resistant Starch Roasted Potatoes

Breakfast – Sausage and eggs

Lunch – Sola Blueberry Bagels with cream cheese, Leftovers

Snack – Muffaletta Deviled Eggs, Chobani sugar-free strawberry yogurt, Keto Ice Cream Bar

Shredded chicken – Chicken and Potato Vegetable Soup

Flank Steak – Beef with Snow Peas Stir Fry

Ground Beef – Taco Soup, Beef Enchiladas

Chicken Tenders – Keto Chicken Strips

Bangers – Keto Bangers and Mash

Onion – Chicken and Potato Vegetable Soup

Cauliflower – Keto Bangers and Mash

Carrots – Chicken and Potato Vegetable Soup

Celery – Chicken and Potato Vegetable Soup

Red Onion – Mexican Fiesta Salad
