Crockpot Supreme Pizza Chicken is the ultimate no-fuss dinner for busy days when you know ahead that you won’t have the time—or energy—for a full-blown dinner production but need something hearty, flavorful, and family-approved. That’s precisely when this Crockpot Supreme Pizza Chicken comes to the rescue. I first threw this together on a weeknight when we were juggling errands, homework, and life in general, and it’s been on repeat ever since!

Juicy, slow-cooked chicken gets smothered in tangy pizza sauce, then topped with gooey, melty cheese and your favorite pizza toppings, such as pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms or olives. It’s all the best parts of a supreme pizza without the crust, making it low-carb and Keto-friendly so you can enjoy that pizza-night feeling without the carb crash.

This recipe is perfect for adding variations to fit your preferences, such as:

Spice it Up – Add jalapeno slices (or add jarred jalapeno slices), red pepper flakes and spicy cheese.

Add Veggies – Add zucchini, fresh spinach, fresh tomatoes or roasted red peppers.

Make it Hawaiian – Add Canadian bacon, a can of pineapple and chopped onion.

6 chicken breasts

1 tsp. salt

2 cups pizza sauce

2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning

2 bell peppers, sliced

1-2 cans sliced olives

Pepperoni

2 cups mozzarella cheese

Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and sprinkle with salt.

Pour the pizza sauce over the chicken. Please do not add any water because the chicken creates its own juice.

Add the Italian seasoning, green peppers, olives and pepperoni. Cook on low for 5 hours.

Remove the lid and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Cook for one more hour.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1-2 cans sliced olives
  • Pepperoni
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and sprinkle with salt.
  • Pour the pizza sauce over the chicken. Note: Do not add any water to this recipe.
  • Add the Italian seasoning, green peppers, olives and pepperoni.
  • Cook on low for 5 hours.
  • Remove the lid and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
  • Cook one more hour.
