Keto Crescent Burger Ring

Rate this post

Looking to shake up burger night? My Keto Crescent Burger Ring is the answer! It’s a family favorite that disappears fast, and yes, everyone will ask for seconds. While you could make a traditional version with crescent roll dough from a can, I love keeping it low-carb/keto with homemade fathead dough. Simply roll it into a circle and slice it into triangles (just like the store-bought kind). The result? A beautiful, golden ring that’s fun to eat. It’s burger night with a delicious twist!

1 recipe Fathead Dough

1-1/2 lb. ground beef

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1 packet dry onion soup mix

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 egg (for egg wash)

2 tsp. sesame seeds

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the fat head dough and roll it into a circle. Cut the circle into triangles.

Place the rectangles in a circle by lining up the short sides in a circle in the middle of a pizza pan. Set aside.

Cook ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.

Combine the beef with egg, onion soup mix, pepper, and ranch dressing mix. Stir.

Spoon the beef mixture on top of the fathead dough around the center edge. Leave a little space on the edge in order to seal it.

Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the meat.

Fold the pointed end of the dough over the top of the meat into the center edge. Use your finger to press the dough edges together to form a seal.

In a small dish, mix some water and an egg to form an egg wash. Brush over the top of the dough.

Sprinkle the top of the dough with sesame seeds.

Bake 20-25 minutes until slightly browned on top. Cool slightly before serving. I served a Broccoli Salad with the Keto Crescent Burger Ring for a delicious meal.
