Surprise! Surprise! Another use for Fathead Dough. These Sausage Nuggets are simple to make once the dough is made. They make a great snack or breakfast.

Ingredients for Fathead Dough (you could also use crescent roll dough if not on a Keto or low-carb diet If you need a dairy-free Fathead Dough, click here.

1 package Lil’Smokies sausages (I used beef sausages)

Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, for sprinkling on top

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare the Fathead Dough according to the instructions at the link in the ingredients.

Roll out the dough. Now, you don’t have to roll out the dough, but it does save a step. If you do not roll out the dough, you can pinch an amount of the dough ball. Either way, wrap the dough around each lil’ smokie sausage and seal it to enclose.

In a small bowl, pour some Everything But the Bagel seasoning. Roll each nugget in the seasoning and press lightly into the dough.

Place the nuggets on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are golden.
