Black Tie and Jam had some technical difficulties this week. The issues I had with my hosting service had advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage was that a security issue locked me out of WordPress and Bluehost. That took several days to repair. Beyond that, I had a problem with the SSL on my account. I chatted with three techies; the first two techies said they helped solve the problem, but they only partially solved the problem. I was told that the security warning would disappear in 4 days, but it didn’t, so I had to contact them again. The last person I talked to resolved my security issue in less than a minute. Apparently, the first two techies did not do what they were supposed to. In any event, the problem is solved and back to business.
The advantage of all this was that I was able to get ahead on some content for my site!! That’s an advantage for my awesome readers, too!
It was an extremely easy week this week. Let’s meal prep!

Monday – CHEAT DAY!!! First one in a month! We pulled out all the stops for this one. We have a brand new Dunkin’ Donuts in our neighborhood. They opened on this day. Donuts for breakfast!! Yeah! My son and husband went to Popeye’s for lunch. I did not partake in that because enough was enough. We went to our favorite Italian restaurant for dinner. I so miss pasta on the Keto diet. We were able to fit in some Blue Bell ice cream for dessert. They have a new flavor out called Bride’s Cake. Maybe it is not a new flavor, but I have not seen it before. It is Ameretto flavored iced cream with chunks of white cake. It is delicious!!

Friday – Leftovers (I had a women’s event to go to at my church, so the men folk were on their own)

Sunday – Instant Pot Pot Roast, mashed cauliflower, garlic bread made with Keto hamburger buns (a new Aldi product), and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Ranch Dressing.
Breakfast – Sausage and eggs, yogurt with Keto granola and the Dunkin’ Donuts on Monday for cheat day
