Ingredients
2 bars Lily’s Dark Chocolate (Lily’s is sweetened with Erythritol and Stevia)
1 cup plus 4 Tbsp. heavy cream
2/3 cup whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
2 eggs
Whipped Cream
Instructions
In a food processor, grind the chocolate bars.

In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.

When it begins to boil on the sides of the pan, add the ground chocolate to the milk mixture while it is hot. Let the chocolate melt, but do not stir it for about a minute. When the chocolate appears to be melted, give it a gentle stir.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a blender and pulse five times. Add the egg and pulse again five times. Pour the chocolate mixture into some cups and cover with plastic wrap. Chill overnight.

Remove from the refrigerator and top with your favorite whipped cream. You’re welcome!
