Well….I did not meal prep last week. Things happened. Somehow, somewhere, I picked up pink eye. I only left the house once! Because of that, I could not wear my contact lens, meaning I can only half see. Because I can’t see without my contact lens, I can’t drive. Because I can’t drive, I am at the mercy of the other drivers in my household to take me to the store when I need to go. I was not able to complete my once-a-month grocery shopping before my meal prep time last week. Although I am over pink eye, I can’t wear my contact lens for another couple of weeks.
I had that going on, plus we are preparing a rebuild for a water disaster that occurred in an upstairs bathroom. The water damaged the bathroom plus the area in the garage and hallway below it, so there was some rearranging to do.
