If you are a new visitor to my website, welcome to my website! Every week (or almost every week), I post a meal plan and my meal prep plan. I dedicate a day of the week, usually Monday, to be my own sous chef by preparing, chopping, slicing, thawing and making ahead any ingredients that I can to help make dinner get to the table faster throughout the week.
Taking a day to meal prep like this is a sacrifice to do other things, but it is worth it, in the end, to get it done all at once. This may not work for everyone the way I do it, but maybe it can be an inspiration for you to devise your own plan to routinely meal prep in some other way. Do you meal prep?
