I can’t believe it is almost Thanksgiving! I am glad this year is almost over! I am sure everyone feels the same way. One of the things that I can count on is my routine meal prep. It is something normal in a world that is far from normal. As we begin transitioning to 2022, let’s all hope that next year will be better all over the world.
