1 Tbsp. melted butter
Mexican Seasoning Blend
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
Italian Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pickle Seasoning Blend
1 tsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. white vinegar
Churro Seasoning Blend
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. brown sugar or brown sugar Swerve
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Ranch Seasoning Blend
1 tsp. dry ranch seasoning blend
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Spicy Seasoning Blend
1 tsp, Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. smoked hot paprika
Asian Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil (omit the butter for this blend)

1 tsp. brown sugar or brown sugar Swerve
1 tsp. granulated sugar or Swerve
Instructions
These are so easy to make! Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. It does not matter if you use a sweet or savory version of these seeds, they are good as a snack or on salads. Place the pepitas in a bowl. Add the spice mixture.
Pour on the melted butter and stir.
Spread pepitas on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Store in a sealed container.
