Time has not been my friend so far this week. The lack of time and appointments scheduled on my meal prep days has thrown my off my meal prep schedule. Meal prepping has so far been too random. This week is shaping up to be a very busy week with appointments and jury duty, but I have reserved a meal prep day because it is going to save me and my family.
