6 chicken thighs
Salt and pepper to taste
2+ Tbsp. garlic powder
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Sprinkle the chicken thighs with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a shallow bowl or pie plate, combine the Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons of garlic powder. Stir to combine.

Drizzle some olive oil in a pan and heat. Dredge the chicken in the Parmesan mixture, making sure to coat it thoroughly.

Place each chicken thigh in the hot oil and fry until golden brown. The Parmesan cheese makes the most delicious crust with a slight saltiness.
