Meal Prep for the Week of May 24

I have been meal-prepping for over two years and cannot believe I didn’t start it sooner. Every week, I am grateful that I do not have to scramble to figure out what to eat for any meal. It is all planned out and the components are ready to go. Some things are made beforehand, so snacks and breakfasts are doable anytime. I can stay on track with our Keto lifestyle while saving money by not eating out as much. Everything I eat may not be Keto at times, but the 20 pounds I’ve lost is testimony to the lifestyle I have chosen.
