It’s meal prep day, people!!! Time to get my meal prep on! This week, my son promised to cook and clean all week since he has not been able to help out in the kitchen for the last three weeks. His finals are over finally! I will still prep for what he is preparing on the menu. We’ll see if he can make it all the way through the week. I feel a big life lesson for him coming on.
