Meal Prep for the Week of May 5, 2024

April was a bust in every way. I was gone from home for 15 days out of the month, so I did not do much meal prepping at all. The rest of the time I prepared easy meals, and we had a lot of meals away from home due to a surgery in my family. Now, I am ready to get back on track with my meal-prepping habit.

Monday – Instant Pot Chicken Cacciatore, Steamed Butternut Squash, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Salad

Tuesday – Cajun Chipped Beef over Toast, Sauteed Zucchini, Salad

Wednesday – Savory Meatball Soup, Salad

Thursday – Crab Cakes, Keto Coleslaw,

Friday – Steak with Caramelized Onions, Roasted Broccoli, Salad

Saturday – Buttermilk Baked Chicken, Cheese Topped Tomato Bake, Resistant Starch Mashed Potatoes

Sunday – Sticky Chicken, Salad, Cabbage

Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Sausage, Breakfast Pizza, Yogurt with granola

Lunch – Ham Pasta Salad, Smoked Turkey Breast Sandwiches

Snack – Port Salut Cheese and Keto Crackers

Chicken Thighs – Instant Pot Chicken Cacciatore, Buttermilk Baked Chicken

Angus Meatballs – Savory Meatball Soup

Whole Chicken – Sticky Chicken

Turkey Sausage Breakfast Links – Breakfast

Shaved Steak – Cajun Chipped Beef

NY Strip Steaks – Steaks with Caramelized Onions

Turkey Breast – Smoked Turkey Breast
