I was a little under the weather last week, so I did not meal prep as I usually do. I can always see the difference in those weeks when I take a week off from meal prepping. Preparing dinner takes so much longer because nothing is sliced, chopped or prepared ahead of time. Meal prepping certainly does hasten dinner preparation!
