When the weather warms up, I find myself reaching for light, refreshing desserts that celebrate the season’s fresh flavors. These Very Berry Lemon Twist Parfaits are exactly that! Layers of sweet berries, creamy vanilla filling, and bright lemon flavor come together in an elegant dessert that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Whether you’re hosting a backyard barbecue, celebrating a holiday, or simply looking for a quick no-bake treat, these parfaits are guaranteed to impress.
I’m excited to partner with Sterling Farms for this recipe by featuring their delicious Lemon Jelly. While Sterling Farms is known for its premium Texas-raised meat boxes, they also offer an outstanding selection of pantry items that make everyday cooking and baking even more flavorful. Their Lemon Jelly adds the perfect balance of sweet citrus flavor to these parfaits, creating a refreshing twist that pairs beautifully with fresh summer berries.
One of the things I love most about Sterling Farms Lemon Jelly is its versatility. Beyond desserts, it’s a wonderful ingredient to keep stocked in your pantry. Spread it on warm biscuits, toast, or English muffins, swirl it into yogurt or oatmeal, use it as a filling for cupcakes or thumbprint cookies, or whisk it into homemade vinaigrettes. It also makes an incredible glaze for chicken, pork, or seafood, adds brightness to charcuterie boards, and is delicious spooned over cream cheese with crackers for an effortless appetizer.
If you’re looking for one ingredient that can elevate both sweet and savory recipes, Sterling Farms Lemon Jelly is a fantastic choice. These Very Berry Lemon Twist Parfaits add just the right amount of sunshine, making this easy no-bake dessert one you’ll want to enjoy all summer long. Visit the Sterling Farms website to order some of their Lemon Jelly and look for inspiration in all the pantry items in their store.
Ingredients
1 small package Instant Vanilla or Lemon flavored pudding
2 cups milk
Strawberries, quartered
Blueberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Nut Granola (I used Nutrails Vanilla Almond )
Crushed graham crackers
Sterling Farms Lemon Jelly
Whipped Topping
Instructions
In a mixer, combine the pudding mix and the milk according to the package directions. Chill.

In a parfait glass or other glass, layer the pudding, whipped cream, berries, granola, and Sterling Farms Lemon Jelly. You can layer the parfaits in any order that works for you. I like using a low-carb nut granola because, if it is made ahead, the nuts maintain their crunch as opposed to a granola made with oats.

Top with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers and a few berries.
