Since I have been blogging for a little over a year now, I have some posts that have become quite popular. Here they are all in one post.

8. Italian Sausage and Peppers—This is my favorite quick meal. I make it all the time, especially when I am short on time. Any kind of sausage works!

7. Baked Chicken Taquitos – These taquitos are perfect for freezing. You can heat them in the microwave, air fryer or oven.

6. Chocolate Frosting—Sweet and creamy, this chocolate frosting is tempting to eat all by itself, but it tastes even better on a cake.

5. Keto Slab Pumpkin Pie – You won’t know this pie is Keto. I have an off-the-chart sweet tooth, so I gravitate to this easy dessert throughout the year.

4. Fathead Dough/Dairy Free Fathead Dough/Fathead Crescent Rolls/Fathead Pizza Crust – Cheese, almond flour, eggs, and a few other Keto ingredients make a good dough to use for a variety of recipes.

3. Egg Roll in a Bowl—This is a favorite in many households nowadays. It can easily be doubled.

2. Air-Fried Low-Carb Sticky Chicken Tenders—This is a variation of my beloved Sticky Chicken recipe.

1. Sticky Chicken—I’m not surprised because this is the best chicken ever! Slow-roasted in the oven with a flavorful rub, this chicken comes out perfect every single time.
