Recently, I bought some ginormous mangos at HEB. They were 2 for $1.00. I was amazed at how large they were for that price. What do you do with ginormous mangos? Why….you make Mango Margaritas, of course!
Ingredients
2 large ripe mangos or 4 small mangos
4 cups ice
1/2 cup tequila
1/2 cup triple sec
1/2 cup lime juice
Dash of vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated Swerve or sugar
Orange or lime slice for garnish
Instructions
In a blender, pour in the tequila, triple sec , vanilla and lime juice.
Add the ice, swerve and mango chunks. Blend until smooth and all ice chunks are pulverized.
Pour in a margarita glass and garnish with a slice of orange or lime. Cheers!
