Ingredients
1 bunch celery, leaves and stems cut off
1 jalapeno
1 block cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. granulated Swerve
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a food processor, mix the jalapeno, cream cheese, lime juice, Swerve, cayenne, salt and pepper. Process until smooth. Taste to adjust seasonings and flavor.

Place the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the prepared celery. It’s as easy as that! This is a 5-minute snack.

To serve guests, place the stuffed celery on a plate lined with a bed of spring mix lettuce or spinach for a nice presentation.
