It’s a Fathead dough kind of week! Using Fathead Dough as a pizza crust is my favorite way to use Fathead Dough. It really does make a good pizza crust. You can find my recipe for Fathead dough here.
Usually, I do not recommend freezing fathead dough in a dough ball; however, if you have some extra pizza pans, you can shape the dough into a pizza crust, wrap it for storage in the freezer and freeze the pizza crusts, unbaked, in the freezer until ready to use. Because the crusts are already rolled and shaped, the dough does not lose its fresh texture.
We love pizza! My son’s favorite kind of pizza is what we call a green pizza, so we usually make two pizzas for pizza night. We will make one green pizza and the other will be something else. On this night, the other pizza was an alfredo pizza. You do not have to use fathead dough for the pizza crust. You can use whatever kind of crust you normally use. Do whatever works for your family.
