Copycat Emeril’s Southwest Seasoning

Rate this post

Depending on where you live, you might be able to buy the real Emeril’s Southwest seasoning in the grocery store. I have not been able to find it in my area for quite some time. I like to use it to season the chicken, beef, fish, tacos, dips and all sorts of things. When you can’t find something in the store anymore, that is a good opportunity to make your own version of it.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chili powder

2 tsp. cumin

2 Tbsp. paprika

2 tsp. pepper

1 Tbsp. ground coriander

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

1 Tbsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. red pepper flakes

1 Tbsp. salt

1 Tbsp. oregano

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together. That’s it! Sprinkle on chicken, pork, beef or fish. It is good on anything.
