This breakfast bowl is perfect for any day! Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, and nuts make for a tasty breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 packet Stevia sweetener
1/4 cup Keto granola
Raspberries
Strawberries
Blueberries
2 Tbsp. Lily’s dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. Chia seeds
1/2 tsp. hemp hearts
2 Tbsp. sliced or slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla extract and Stevia. Mix well. Taste to adjust vanilla and Stevia to your liking.
Arrange the raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, hemp hearts, nuts, flaked coconut or any other toppings you like over the top of the yogurt.
This is a beautiful breakfast or snack and is a great way to start the day on a hot summer morning.
