Ingredients
2 jars artichoke hearts, drained
1 can black olives
1 small red onion, chopped
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1 small container feta cheese, crumbled
1 jar pesto sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain the artichokes and add to a serving bowl.
Add the olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
Next, add the red onion.
Stir in the salt, pepper and pesto sauce. Mix well. Garnish with feta cheese over the top to serve. So delicious, and did I say quick?

- 1 Large spoon
