I am always looking for new ways to use fathead dough. Not only is it fun to create new recipes, but I like to create something out of nothing. These did not turn out as I originally intended, but the result was what I had hoped for: DELICIOUS! These cheesy Pizza Sticks are loaded with pizza flavors with endless combinations of ingredients. They add some pizzazz to lunchtime and can stand on their own as hearty appetizers. For more flavor, dip them in some warmed marinara sauce. These Pizza Sticks are keto-friendly, so make sure to put them in your menu line-up sometime. If you are not on a Keto or low-carb diet, you can use refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough.
Ingredients
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 pkg. pepperoni
2 Tbsp. butter
Instructions
Prepare the fathead dough. Click the link in the Ingredients section above for instructions about making the fathead dough.
Roll the fathead dough into a rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce over the surface of the fathead dough to about an inch from each side.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and dried Italian parsley over the top.
Place the pepperoni slices about halfway on top of the seasonings to cover the surface of the fathead dough.
Roll each section as if making cinnamon rolls. Pinch the ends to seal and place on a greased baking sheet.
Using a knife, cut the rolls into 6-inch sections. Place on a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops of the pizza sticks with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve the Pizza Sticks with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

This is very timely, as I was looking for something “Pizza” , just not actually pizza. This can also be great for teens who love those pizza rolls. Maybe make-ahead and freeze for later?
I used fathead dough to keep it Keto, but you can use regular homemade pizza dough or the stuff that comes refrigerated in a can if you are not Keto. And YES! These freeze very well! Young adults and teenagers gobble these up!
