Mocha Fluff Pie

A while back, I posted a Keto dessert recipe called Mocha Fluff. This is a good recipe on its own, but I took that Mocha Fluff and made it into a pie. Yes, I did! It’s a whole new dessert now! Either way, Mocha Fluff is the bomb!

Ingredients

Ingredients for Mocha Fluff

1 additional container of Keto TruWhip

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

1 walnut or pecan pie shell

Chocolate shavings, cocoa powder coconut or pecans for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Mocha Fluff. In a small bowl, combine the pecans and coconut. Fold into the Mocha Fluff

Spread the Mocha Fluff in the bottom of the pie shell.

Spread the TruWhip over the top of the Mocha Fluff.

Garnish the top of the pie with chocolate shavings. Lily’s chips, additional pecans and coconut would also make a nice presentation. Chill the pie for at least an hour before serving. This dessert is easy to make and will calm the craving for something sweet. Seriously delicious!

  • 1 rubber spatula

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 1 walnut or pecan pie shell
  • Chocolate shavings, cocoa powder coconut or pecans for garnish

Instructions
 

In a bowl, prepare the Mocha Fluff.

  • Fold in the pecans and coconut.
  • Spread the Mocha Fluff in the bottom of the walnut or pecan pie shell.
  • Spread the TruWhip over the top of the Mocha Fluff.
  • Garnish the top of the pie with chocolate shavings. Lily'schips, additional pecans, cocoa powder or coconut as a garnish.
  • Chil lthe pie for at least an hour before serving.
