Sriracha sauce
1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 Tbsp. sesame oil

1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. ginger paste
6 or more lettuce leaves
1/4 cup green onion, garnish
1-1/2 cups cucumber, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, garnish
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup carrot, shredded
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine lime juice, cayenne, black pepper, brown sugar Swerve, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and Sriracha sauce. Set aside.

Cook the ground turkey and celery in sesame oil for 5 minutes until the turkey is cooked.

Stir in the remaining soy sauce, ginger paste, onion, garlic and red pepper. Cook until the onions and peppers have softened a little about 3 minutes.
Add the carrots and water chestnuts. Cook and stir until the liquid is absorbed.

To serve the lettuce wraps, peel the outer layer of a head of iceberg lettuce one layer at a time. The lettuce cups will get smaller as you peel away the lettuce leaves.
