Meal Prep for the Week of September 16, 2024

This summer went by with hardly any meal prepping. My husband and I have been under the weather the whole time; we had a hurricane that destroyed our yard, and our master bathroom has been under renovation since the end of June. We are a hot mess! LOL

I am thankful for routines because I am finally ready to usher in the Fall season with hope in my heart for better days. I finished watching the Get Organized Now Virtual Organizing Conference last week, and I am ready to hit the ground running with new organization ideas to implement. Returning to life’s normal patterns is so comforting when you fall off the wagon of your usual routine. Let’s do this!

Monday – Chicken Thighs with Thyme Paprika Sauce, Rice, French Bread, Baked Beans, Old-Time Cabbage

Tuesday – Tacos

Wednesday – Burgers and coleslaw

Thursday – Black Pepper Merlot Beef Tips and Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Salad

Friday – Keto Falafel in low-carb pita bread with spinach, tomatoes, white Halal sauce, tahini dressing and hummus

Saturday – Leftovers

Sunday – Cook’s day off: Chicken Quesadillas

Breakfast – Breakfast Burritos, Yogurt and Granola

Lunch – Tomato Sandwiches, Leftovers

Snack – Homemade Creami Ice Cream: Mint Chip, Amaretto Cherry Chip, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Butterscotch

Chicken Thighs – Chicken Thighs with Thyme Paprika Sauce

Chicken Shreds – Chicken Quesadillas

Ground Beef– Tacos, Burgers

Turkey Sausage Crumbles – Breakfast Burritos

Onion – Baked Beans, Chicken Thighs with Thyme Paprika Sauce

Green Pepper – Baked Beans

Cabbage – Old-Time Cabbage

Make Halal White Sauce – Keto Falafel

Make Burger Patties – Burgers

Make Tahini Dressing – Keto Falafel

Rice – Side dish for Chicken Thighs with Thyme Paprika sauce

Refilled egg container

Froze fresh vegetables that have not been used

Cleaned pantry

Organized the back stock in my long-term storage closet
