It’s Thanksgiving week! No prepping for Thanksgiving for me, but I will do it the rest of the week!

Tuesday Slow Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Salad, Mashed Cauliflower

Wednesday – Eating out with family

Thursday – HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Saturday Salmon with Blueberry Glaze, Lemony Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Salad

Sunday – Leftovers

Breakfast – Keto pancakes, Scrambled Eggs

Lunch – Chicken Vegetable Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Chicken and Pistachio Salad

Snacks – Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Veggie Dippers or Keto crackers, Roasted Pepitas
