Meal Prep for the Week of November 20, 2023

In reality, it is Thanksgiving week, but as you will see, Thanksgiving is not listed in the menu plan below. That is because I post menu plans the week after they have been implemented. I will probably make this same statement next week when Thanksgiving Day pops up in the menu plan. Now you know one of my secrets! LOL

Monday – Easy Chicken Fajitas

Tuesday Crispy Fish with Peppers, Stuffed Mini Peppers, Mexican Street-Style Cauliflower

Wednesday – Surf and Turf with Cajun Peppercorn Sauce, Green Beans, Cornbread Dressing (Leftover from Friendsgiving)

Thursday – Keto Sausage and Vegetable Bake

Friday – Low Carb Chili Dog Casserole

Saturday – We went to our favorite Mexican restaurant after a hard day of labor

Sunday Rib Roast, Spinach Salad, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Yellow Squash

Breakfast – Turkey Sausage Patties and Eggs

Lunch – Burger Bowls, Low -arb frozen pizza

Snack Roasted Shishito Peppers and dip,

Chicken Tenders – Easy Chicken Fajitas

NY Strip Steak – Surf and Turf with Cajun Peppercorn Sauce

Hot Dogs – Keto Chili Dog Casserole

Rib Roast – Sunday Rib Roast

Burger Patties – Burger Bowls

Shallots – Surf and Turf with Cajun Peppercorn Sauce

Green Peppers – Keto Sausage and Vegetable Bake

Red Onion – Keto Sausage and Vegetable Bake

Red Pepper – Keto Sausage and VegetableBake

Green Peppers – Easy Chicken Fajitas

Yellow Peppers – Easy Chicken Fajitas

Soak Seafood in Milk – Shrimp for Surf and Turf with Cajun Peppercorn Sauce and Tilapia for Crispy Fish and Peppers

Trim Green Beans for side dish

Roast Sweet Potatoes to make them starch-resistant

Nothing to make ahead this week

Dehydrated a lot of apples

Deep-cleaned the entire kitchen

Refills – Almond flour container, egg container, olive oil bottle, table napkins, resealable gallon bags, laundry booster

  1. This is so clever. It seems like a lot, at first, but I’m sure after a while, it just comes second nature. I especially like the idea of not heating up the house everyday, and having to clean the kitchen everyday. Having these preps, just makes sense. Awesome!
