Ingredients
For the Greek Dressing:
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
5 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Swerve granular or regular sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large lemon, juiced
1 cup Greek yogurt
5 Tbsp. buttermilk
For the Marinade:
2 tsp. oregano

2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
For the Salad:
1-1/2 lb. chicken tenders
1 bag Spring mix salad blend
1 package crumbled feta cheese
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 package cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 avocado, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced or chopped

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the marinade and whisk until combined.
In a resealable bag, combine the marinade and chicken. Add the chicken to the bag and seal it. Marinate overnight. When ready to prepare the salad, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and grill until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees. Remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken breast.
To build the salad, combine the salad ingredients in a bowl. Top with the chicken and drizzle with the dressing.
