This is one of my favorite salads! It is so easy to make, and it is a big hit for potlucks and gatherings. The creamy dressing and cheese complement the crunchy veggies and make this salad perfect for the coming hot summer days. Serve this salad alongside smoked meats, BBQ or burgers and dogs. It’s perfect!
