Are you tired of the same-old ground beef recipes you always make and want to try something new? Try some of these delicious Keto recipes featuring ground beef!

Stuffed Pecan Burgers—Take a bite out of something unexpected. This burger has an amazing pecan filling on the inside.

Stuffed Tomato Basil Peppers —Green peppers are filled with ground beef and a delicious tomato basil cream sauce. Everything you need is packed into the pepper so that you only need to serve it with a crunchy salad.

Taco Pasta—This delicious recipe uses leftover taco meat. Make some extra taco meat to make this pasta dish the day after. Once you try it, you will make extra taco meat on purpose every time.

Keto Cottage Pie —Topped with mashed cauliflower, this savory Cottage Pie is baked to perfection. This recipe seems to have a lot of ingredients, but it is very easy to assemble. You could substitute ground lamb in this casserole, but then you must change the name to Shepherd’s Pie. Either way, it is delicious!

Mini Meatloaves —Bake these in aluminum mini loaf pans. The smaller size cooks much faster than a larger meatloaf. Kids think this mini size is more fun than the regular ‘ole big size meatloaf, plus you can portion a smaller meatloaf much more easily for the kids than a large one.

Low-Carb Instant Pot Chili—I love my Instant Pot! I can use it as a slow cooker or a pressure cooker. I can also make soups in it and let them simmer without having to check it all the time. I could make it on the stove, but sometimes, the family has to eat on their own time due to varying schedules. The Instant Pot keeps chili perfectly hot without scorching. I love the Instant Pot for all these reasons.

Beef Tostadas—Use a low-carb tortilla The result is a crispy alternative to the corn tostada shell. When cooking, think of ways to replace a non-Keto or non-low-carb friendly food instead of eliminating recipes you enjoy. You will be glad you did.
