Anyone at any skill level can make these Herb Roasted Chicken Legs. No one will know how ridiculously easy they are to make. They do require some planning ahead so they can marinate overnight. The herby freshness in this savory meal can’t be beaten!
Ingredients
12 chicken drumsticks
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup brown sugar Swerve
2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. rosemary
2 tsp. garlic, minced
1-1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 bay leaf
1 tsp. lemongrass seasoning
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. basil
Instructions
Combine salt, brown sugar, thyme, rosemary, garlic, soy sauce, onion, butter, bay leaf, lemongrass, tarragon, oregano, dill and basil. Stir into a paste.
Rub the paste all over the chicken drumsticks and place it in a resealable bag. Allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Bake the drumsticks for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve immediately.
